There are many different yoga paths but all of them are based on Hatha Yoga Philosophy and Practice. All of these styles are guiding you through your lost wisdom of healing and balancing. Shakti means strength or divine power. Yoga means union. You will feel the divine power and strength in all Shakti Yoga classes. All classes are focused on modern living and will contain Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. You will find your own and individual way of practicing in one of the offered classes.

Sivananda Yoga™ is perfect for Beginners also for yogis who are familiar with the yoga praxis. You will get a deep understanding for each posture und build up strength which is the base for next steps.

Jivamukti Yoga™ is definitely one of the most interesting and diverse styles of yoga, as it involves music, scripture reading, and chanting. Founded by David Life and Sharon Gannon in 1984 in New York City, Jivamukti (which means "liberation while living") is a school of vinyasa yoga, so it's physically intense.

Ashtanga Yoga is an advanced yoga praxis according to Sri Patthabi Jois. The first, or primary, series is described in Yoga Mala. The primary series is called Yoga Chikitsa, which means yoga therapy. It is intended to realign the spine, detoxify the body, and build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Ashtanga yoga is extremely popular and inspires fierce loyalty in its students. This vigorous, athletic style of practice appeals to those who like a sense of order and who like to do things independently.

Yoga means growth: personally, physically and mentally. Yoga shows us a path of happiness and joy regardless the circumstance that we have!
